All steps are described, and we guide you intuitively until your accommodation is online.
The test can be canceled at any time – fair, transparent, and without a subscription trap!
We will also send you 2 emails before the test period expires, reminding you that the test is ending and that you can still cancel. But of course, we want to convince you to stay.
The GOLD package already includes the following points from the free trial period:
The Listing Check: We assist you in the optimal presentation of your accommodation and rooms. We check whether all data has been fully uploaded and photos have been uploaded. Prices are also briefly checked for plausibility. If mistakes sneak in here, it could result in few or no inquiries.
The Text Assistance: The data submitted to Google for inclusion in the search result is AI-supported and created from your accommodation description. Therefore, it is important to describe the accommodation as thoroughly as possible. From the amenities to the location, all information that is helpful and useful for a guest. Keywords for search results are also automatically created from this.
Your Statistics: In the host area, we provide you with numerous evaluations. Among other things, you can see how often your accommodation has appeared in a search result, how often your detail page has been clicked on, and how often someone has viewed your phone number or email address. This allows you to track the development of your listing at any time and try out which changes might increase access.
An important point is added from the paid PREMIUM package:
The Check of Your Google Business Profile: We assume that every accommodation uses this free Google service. You can register your rental as a business profile and enter important information for Google.

The advantages are clear. Your accommodation appears in the search results, you can specify your detail page at zimmmer.at as your homepage, and with the provided location data, guests can also find you via Google Maps. For us as rental professionals, this free tool has become indispensable.
As a service in the paid PREMIUM package, we check your Google Business Profile and provide you with optimization suggestions to further improve your reach and visibility. This makes you top at Local-SEO in your region.
If we've convinced you with our platform, you can pay for your chosen package directly online (via our payment service provider with the usual payment methods) or you will receive an invoice for bank transfer 7 days after the trial period ends.
If you no longer wish to list your accommodation with us, you can click “Cancel Package” in the host account. This will automatically end the trial without any further obligations.

Requirements for renting out worker accommodation:
For beginners in renting, we have written an extensive worker accommodation guide which can also be downloaded as a free ebook.
We have deliberately put together only 2 essential packages for landlords. GOLD is our standard with all the functions to present your accommodation in the best possible way. In the PREMIUM package you get the platinum standard. There you can also handle the management of the rental through us (guest management, occupancy plan, invoices, etc.).
There are no additional costs for more photos, more description or better placement. With us everyone gets the best appearance with the full catchment area in their region.
This allows us to achieve the highest quality in the search results and, as a result, consistently high access numbers.
You can find it for Apple devices in the App Store and for Android in the Google Play Store. Officially verified by the two largest providers of applications. Just download for free and log in with your credentials from Zimmmer.
In the dashboard of your host account, you will receive the source code for a widget that you can display directly on your own homepage. This allows you to provide visitors to your website with the current room status from our platform. And if someone clicks on it, they will be taken directly to the information about your accommodation.
As an additional premium feature, you can also use your personal host page as a homepage. Your accommodation is accessible via a permanent link like https://www.zimmmer.at/en/accommodations/quartier-auerhahn.
Each package includes one accommodation. However, it is possible to add multiple accommodations for a small additional charge. This is significantly cheaper than taking out a separate package for each accommodation.
This function is used to manage your guests in the rooms. First, you need to create an invoice recipient under the "Customers" menu item. This can be either a company or an individual. The occupancy plan is based on your property and the rooms you have created.
By clicking on the respective room, you can enter a customer and fill in the name of the guest. Additionally, contact details such as an email address and a phone number can be stored.
Below that is the booking duration with the check-in and later the check-out.
There are 2 ways to pay for the selected package:
1: Payment by invoice
If you book by invoice, you will receive the invoice for your package by email for payment via bank transfer.
2. Online payment
If you book with online payment, you will be redirected to our payment service provider Stripe.
There you can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
This is the practical option when booking monthly payments.
In your host account, you can easily manage your booked package yourself.
You can add more accommodations. Or switch from GOLD to PREMIUM and back again. And you can cancel the active package, which of course we hope you won’t ;-)
In your host account under the menu item "Requests," you will find all messages from room seekers who write directly via the platform. There you will find the contact details of the interested party and their inquiry.
It's best to call them directly or send them a message to their specified email address. We have deliberately decided not to depict the further message history on the platform so that you always have all correspondence in your personal email program.
As soon as an inquiry has been processed, click on done at the bottom right. Then it only appears in the overview when you use the slider "show completed requests."

No, you do not need to register to search for worker rooms. The service works even without registration. However, there are some useful functions if you do register.
You can set up a search assistant that informs you when worker accommodations become available in your desired area. Or our availability alert, which informs you when a specific accommodation has free rooms. These functions are also available via our app.
This works exactly the same as for hosts, via creating a customer account.
